Typically have this service remotely repair / tune up computer. They make sure everything is working okay before we disconnect. Helpful advice on other matters such as answering questions about computer-related scams, specifically Microsoft spoofers and people claiming there is something wrong with my computer. Cost of Geek Squad service for the value it provides is fabulous. Just the piece of mind alone. They fix bad popups and other disabling invasions. Service is prompt, especially if there is a security issue. They completed in -home service several years ago which was good.
