my car had problem they couldn't solve after multiple attempts; they consulted with the factory and corporate hq which resulted in replacement of a major part at no cost to me, and solved the prob. i appreciated that they took ownership of the problem and reached a solution that did not cost me major bucks.

I've had an overall good experience with Toyota of Watertown, largely due to the service adviser Kamel I've worked with for a few years now. Had minor issue on one of my first visits, where something hadn't been properly tightened (not dangerous), so needed to return for fix, which was quickly taken care of, as I recall.
