As a long-time customer, I have had only good experiences. I value and trust their advice. I can't imagine finding a better repair shop. Their prices are fair, they never suggest unnecessary repairs (to the contrary, they have told me to wait or ignore issues that they could have gone ahead and "fixed"), scheduling is easy, and everyone is pleasant. They take the time to explain what needs doing and show me damaged parts.
