These people installed a Carrier AC unit and furnace for well over $14,000 They were listed as a Carier Presidental award winner 6 yrs in a row for excellent service. They not only did a horrible work on the installation their so called 'electrician' mad a mistake in his wiring which has given us MANY electrical problems throughout our house since then. We did discover from an independent electrician that some part of the newly installed unit was never grounded. They would take no responsibility for this and would not return. Later we found they never got a permit from the town to do the work.STAY AWAY S. B. Andover MA
