I actually live in Connecticut, but joined Consumer's Checkbook for my disabled son who lives in Medford, MA. He used Falite Brothers to replace his heating/air conditioning system. They gave the best price and had the best ratings. So far, he is very satisfied, although he hasn't turned on the heat yet. He would recommend them.
