Not Recommended
For the $100+/hour price, I expected these consultants to arrive on-time or at least call to inform me that they were running late. When they installed the new printer driver, it was a generic one, not one specific for my printer, which meant that I could not print in color. They were unable to recommend the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) I should purchase, took my only printout of my computer specs without my permission, then never got back to me about the UPS like they said they would.
