Refinished ~2000 sq ft of hardwood floors in our first home. They do 3 coats of poly at a competitive price per square foot - I found that other companies with similar rates only do 2 coats or poly OR are substantially more expensive per square foot. Dan is an excellent communicator. He walked us through options and was extremely flexible as the work got done. For example, we pivoted on certain decisions early on regard our staircases and he was totally accommodating. His flexibility with scheduling also allowed us to get our painters in before the final floor coat, even when their start time was delayed by illness. Would absolutely use these guys again.

Dan and his crew were superlative. They were prompt, flexible, and thorough. They worked well with the general contractor. The prices are higher end, but you will be pleased with the work and you will have no headaches.

3rd time I've used them. 1st time where they moved furniture. Was told plastic sheeting between rooms and furniture covered. 4 year old custom cherry dining room table scratched. Chairs stacked on top of each other without protection. "he said she said" situation re: scratches. Very disappointed. Was told money would be taken off but that doesn't begin to help with table scratches.so declined. Also left windows wide open and heat cranked up. Furnace continuously running until I called and was told ok to turn heat off. Replaced thresholds and couldn't do 1 out of 4 because no room...that is where they stacked the chairs even though there were 2 other rooms where they could have gone. And when they did 4th threshold, left the wood with nail sticking up on the grass right next to the driveway. Fortunately dog nor people stepped on it before I picked it up.
