Basically, I was given the runaround. I had the distinct feeling that to them I was a nuisance, too small---inspect and restore smoke alarms in a condo---to trouble with. I was told that they required a deposit if the estimate was more than $1000. I was told that I had to sign up in their customer data base, which I did; however, later it seemed that they had no record of me in that data base. I had a lot of difficulty getting them to commit to a date and time to send an electrician. Eventually they did but on the appointed day I waited three hours and they neither showed up or called to say they would be late. The whole experience with them was very frustrating and I definitely do NOT reccmmend them.

Serviceman Jackie came as scheduled and did a superb job. He could have just repaired a frayed plug to a washer but instad installed a very nice two socket outlet beneath the sink. He also installed an electric ceiling fixture outlet for my garage door opener. Very conscientious (checking all the circuits and fuses) and expert workmanship. I highly recommend.

Keyes replaced an illegal wire that went from behind a couch through a wall up & out again to a a fixture with old fluorescent that lighted a 5-ft square oil painting above the couch. They had to remove the oil painting. They did so very carefully, changed the lights to chain LEDs, and remounted the painting. We were very pleased.
