This was my first time, so maybe a fluke, but they missed repairing a vent issuennot once but twice before a skilled guy came in to fix it. Less than impressive for a shop that I wanted to like and use.

I was told it would take 2 hours to complete the service. It took 7 hours of me waiting in their lounge for them to tell me they did not have the parts to fix my car. I then had to bring it back again 2 more times before they finished the job properly.

Purchased car at different dealer; decided not to have them service as purchase experience awful. The folks at Metro West welcomed me with no questions; very helpful and friendly. Assisted me with issues Clay did not address.
