Installers of heating and AC need more training. My system was wired incorrectly and the humidifier did not function because it burned out, The AC leaked and always needed a recharge, I have moved fro that home and left the problems for the new owner.

The technician was super. Diagnosed the problem in 1/2 hr.The issue I had was the price to replace my broken thermostat was extremely overpriced. A simple Honeywell worth $65 was offered to be installed for $185. I figure that is about $400/hour in labor as it only takes 20 mins to install it. This cost was in addition to the $99 service call, the initial $40 diagnosis and the additional $40 to diagnose the diagnosis. I spent $180 for 45 mins of labor and still did not have functioning A/C. We purchased and installed the thermostat ourselves.
