Unfortunately, we had the same experience as the other raters with Wayne's attitude. When I asked if either a call ahead or text were a possibility since his window was 8-1pm, he responded this was the job of a personal secretary. He refused to reschedule with us, telling us he'll stop in here and there to see if he could catch us. He also suggested we find another service. Horrible customer service. I can't believe he owns a business.

I contracted with Patriot for years & years during which time I had no scheduling issues & never bothered to check out other vendors to compare prices. Then an administrative staff change was made & making appointments got complicated, the wrong work assignment was made by the staff & dealing with Wayne, the owner, was less than pleasant when I complained to him. I later learned I could get the same services elsewhere for a lot less & scheduling was as it should be from another nearby well established vendor. As a result, I have discontinued the long term relationship I had with Patriot Irrigation.

Although they do their work efficiently, they have an attitude which does not lend itself to superior customer service. Scheduling is inferior and they have no concern for the client's time.
