He apparently subcontracted to a couple of guys who are not skilled. They did some sketchy things while they were here, and the completed work was badly done. For instance, the cement around the iron railing had cracks. The layer of cement put on the top stoop when the owner came and did a patch job, dried in an ugly staining pattern. However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he agreed to come and completely replace the top cement stoop. I was satisfied with the outcome, but not everything that I had to go through in order to get it.
