There are some very strong aspects of this home. The rehab team is not on contract, but on staff. They are an exceptional and caring team. The food service is very accommodating, caring and for the limited budget etc in these settings,it is exceptional. They also have a great medical service with geritician primary care affiliated with Mt Auburn (closest hospital) and a pulmonary care program, as well as other medical consultants. Clean building. On T bus line. Some very committed staff thought out the departments.

The Neville Center provided adequate short-term postoperative care following extensive open heart valve-replacement surgery. Their physical therapy staff is superb. The rest of the staff is adequate but uneven in quality. They are mostly responsive and caring but overburdened. As a caution, they were one of the worst-hit facilities in terms of COVID-19 death after our use of their services.
