From a personal and totally professional small community provider, it has been sucked into a completely different niche. From highly infomrative and open, honest contact, to contact with people itnerested in selling and getting the business. People who are on the phones don't seem to really know the informration one might need. Feels like they are reading scripts. Not a community kind of service; impersonal and cash more imprtant the relationship. Cash is of course, important, but not at the neglect of honest, real, knowledgeable relationships. The old cambridge chemical knew how to manage both. Ehrlich does not.
