When going through a very difficult time financially after my spouse stole from me and left, I was forced to have my grandmother's old watch appraised. I searched for a nearby businesses on Google. It gave the option to chat with Ideal and much to my surprise I received a response in under 5 minutes. I then had a 10 minute real time chat with the owner. He said he could help the next morning as they were due to close shortly. The next day was frigid, and I had to walk two miles to get there. The owner sent me a message on the chat to make sure everything was okay. I was appreciative of the personal level of care when asked if everything was okay from a stranger. After explaining the situation and the stress and difficulty of providing for my children, the response was of a genuine person and not a cold business owner out to profit off my hardship.
