Dealing with the office and scheduling an appointment can be difficult. My job in Metrowest was rescheduled multiple times when wind storms gave them priority work over my 6 tree removal job. When they did show up for the work, the crane was too small to reach all the trees and they reschedule again to use their largest crane at additional cost. Once set-up and working, they are pros at safely performing very difficult tree removal. If you have an easy removal, probably try someone else. If very challenging, they have the equipment and experience.

Performed tree trimming well, but failed to protect lawn from falling branches and left deep tire grooves from bucket truck in lawn after telling me they would protect lawn with plywood sheets. Failed to return to repair lawn of compensate me for the damage.

Scheduled a date to perform job and didn't show up or return my calls. They contacted me the following day and said they would do the job the next day. They said that they would cut tree stumps 2 inches above ground level and most of the stumps were cut about 8 inches above ground level.
