Bed frame broke due to missing boards that weren't installed. Delivery took far longer than any other furniture store and after they forgot to install wood slats, which resulted in bed collapsing in middle of night and frame breaking, cutting my leg and big scratch on my head

Good quality at reasonable price, the customer service varies by location. I have gotten the best at their Las Vegas home location.
