Signed up for windshield replacement. I received a confirmation and date and time to replace the windshield. At the end of the confirmed window, I called to find out why. After a half hour trying to get through their phone system, I was connected to the local Safelite shop and they had all my info, but didn’t have me scheduled. They cancelled my appointment without notifying me. I dropped Safelite and scheduled another local company, who were very responsive and communicated every aspect of the process. I will never work with safelite again, and give my business to a small local company, who truly cares about service and their reputation.
