The Cityside Subaru service crew are friendly, efficient, and professional. My only complaint is when their express service is so mobbed that they turn me away.

I purchased my 2 last vehicles from Cityside Subaru in Belmont and have had them do all but occasional minor service work (like an oil change for an unexpected trip or car inspection) on both cars ever since. The shop has continued to meet my expectations and has always done excellent work on my cars with no problems. I find they communicate effectively and I've been very happy with the introduction of their Express Service which is well run and works very well for me. Yes, I may pay more for these dealer repair services than I might at small local shops, but I trust their people, know I am getting Subaru parts for all repairs and I've always gotten good results from them. Being a steady customer has also meant that I've gotten attention when I've needed it. So I'm a happy long-term customer. I haven't had serious issues with my 5 yr old car year so I can't rate "advice on service options/costs for 2019/2020.

Service took much longer than anticipated and charges were overblown (finally reduced after I called and spoke with a manager).
