It's odd to write a review of a company you didn't use, but after speaking today with Jeff, the Project Manager, we determined that a mini-split heating/cooling system wouldn't be appropriate for us. We credit Jeff with being informative, honest, and supportive in making our decision. Based on this exceptional visit alone, I would encourage people to call Muirfield for an evaluation and a bid.

Seeing that someone else had 2022 issues with service responsiveness, I have to report my experience. I got in touch to get an estimate to replace our whole-house central air conditioning system, and Muirfield Mechanical sent out a very pleasant fellow who seemed quite knowledgeable. Then . . . just crickets! The promised estimate has never arrived despite several follow-ups from me. Note that I waited to reach out until September, after the cooling season ends but before the heating season begins. So I don't know what to make of the only excuse I heard, that it was "a very busy time of the year for us."
