Purchasing the pool was a breeze, but their installers, communication, and inability to do services when promised was sorely lacking. It took months to get our pool installed and then there were a lot of broken promises on their part and on the part of the installer. I also felt that with as big of an investment a pool is the company made no effort to help educate me as a buyer on how to care for my pool after the installation. I went through two installers before the job got done. The first installer was so rude and never returned calls back and didn't show up when scheduled. While the price of the pool was right, it wasn't worth the hassle in the end. Pay more and go somewhere else with better service and installation contractors.
