Good basic service. Have been left in the lurch a couple of times, but that was because they could not access my house, due to road construction. Don't think it really bothered them one way or another, and it wasn't their fault. Overall, they come when they say they come, and prices are fair, but seem to rise pretty regularly. Wish they had an option to pre-pay for a year or more, at a discount.
