We first used Discount Heating and Cooling when we needed an emergency furnace replacement. Their pricing and availability made them an easy choice at the time. We have since used them for our annual heating and AC cleanings and tune-ups. Everything continues to work well, and they let us know if there is anything that needs to be addressed. Very happy with the service and pricing.

Technician Joe did a thorough check of our central air cooling unit and indicated problems with the age/condition of the unit, gave us a few different options, with estimated costs for each. We feel he was straight with us and acted very professional. We agree replacing the unit would be best but at this time we do not have the financing go ahead with the work. We were rejected by two 3rd party lenders they suggested we apply with. We may have to wait until next year before we have the means to replace existing unit.
