Like most emergency care centers the wait was a bit longer than I would have liked

They are now part of Northwestern Medicine. Being part of a much larger hospital/school, some of their procedures and charges are unreasonable. Blood draws are no longer available in the doctor’s offices. You must go to the urgent care center, register a second time and wait some more to have blood drawn. In addition, they started charging an additional administrative fee every time you use the facility. We have no other choice. I don’t think that’s right.
