Hearthstone responded almost immediately to our early morning call on this record breaking heat day. Peter was out to our home within hours to maintain and fix our a/c. Peter was very professional. We have always been extremely satisfied with Hearthstone over the past years, who also installed our furnace and a/c.

work was not completed the first time since parts needed to be ordered

During the winter inspection for the furnaces, he stated one part might need replacement. However, he suggested trying it for the season as it is a basement furnace not being used excessively. He suggested that it might be ok thereby saving the cost of replacement.
