On July 20, the $40 was credited back to my credit card account. Note that on July 23, the leaf blower/vacuum exhibited the same symptoms as when I originally took the machine in to Mowers and More for service. I took it back to Mowers and More and an attendant adjusted the machine on the spot. He also apologized for the problems I encountered in getting the $40 credited back to my CC account.
