The shop I went to was at 518 W St Charles Rd in Villa Park. I have been there a couple of times, and this last time my mower has been in there for over a month because they are waiting on a part. I go there because it is close but I cannot recommend it over any other reoair shop.

When you take your power equipment to this service provider, make certain that you establish an expected completion date. I did not do that and felt like nothing was happening, until I grew tired of waiting and called. And then the repair appeared to be getting underway from that point. So 'a squeaky wheel gets the grease' applies to working with these folks. Note that the work was done well, as far as I can tell.
