Showed up promptly, in person, to evaluate a non-urgent boiler issue. Appointment made for the following week. Workman Greg arrived on time, performed the work, provided useful information, cleaned up after himself. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional people. Price was less than 80% of another estimate which was provided over the phone by another company after seeing texted pics. Highly recommend Planz.

The service was outstanding! I had used them before I moved. Not being satisfied with other services, I called Planz and am extremely happy. The serviceman did the furnace maintenance for the cost I was quoted and spent a long time to fix my thermostat I started having problems before he came. It lost the Wi-Fi connection and the thermostat screen went blank. I was not charged for this service. I am happy since I thought I may have to buy a new thermostat. I am also happy to have Planz, a contractor I trust to do a good job and is honest.
