I went here for a quote on some countertops for my kitchen. While Geoff was nice enough, I guess, I felt like he really didn't think I was serious about purchasing countertops. They can only show you small samples at the showroom and you should never choose granite based on a small sample. He often left me wandering around the showroom to take phone calls and handle other business. They push a lot of countertop products from Samsung (yeah..the same people who make your cellphones and tvs), but what really made me run was when Geoff said they expect a 70% down payment before measuring and installing. Who the heck expects 70% down? If they do a crappy job, they have no reason to come back and fix anything since they have the majority of their money up front. Geoff did email me an estimate for some countertops much later than the date he gave me while at the showroom. At that point it didn't matter. I wasn't impressed with this company when I left the showroom. Go with TTS Granite. You'll have a better experience, get to see entire slabs of actual granite and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. More than that, they only expect a reasonable 30-40% (or so) down to get the process going.
