I brought in a sterling ring that had three of the mounting tabs broken off. They replaced all four, polished the ring, and I didn't ask for it, but they polished what they had remounted on the ring. I haven't had to have any jewelry repaired before, and it was the first place I went, considering it was close to me. I don't work in jewelry. I work in automotive and autobody, so I could assume what the repair was going to entail. The price I was given had me sold right then. I couldn't be happier with the end result. It has a slight difference than what it originally had, but no one would know but me. The tabs that it has now are very slightly thicker than before so I don't think I will be having any issues any more. When I went to pick it up, the guy who pulled it out for me gave me an appreciation for the ring. I'm sure they see a lot of different types of jewelry, not only rings. But he said that everyone there couldn't get over how awesome it was. Thanks!
