Hired this company to build a screen porch onto my daughter's house - chose TimberBuilt after seeing work & product samples in showroom. TimberBuilt was high bidder out of 4 companies. The advertised product was not delivered for the quality or the coast. Job took 3 times the estimate duration, the crew consisted of only 1 or 2 workers (hardly ever the same crew day-to-day), the work was sub-standard and the daily crews trashed the worksite with their litter that we had to clean up. When questioned about sub-standard work, admissions were readily made but the problems were not always corrected. After the job was declared finished by the TimberBuilt crew, I assembled a list of issues that covered 2 pages - some of these issues were attended to, some were not. My daughter & I were glad when they left. We are detailing the job as time permits.
