The owner Pat comes to my home, checks out my HVAC system, we have a good discussion of what I need. I had already researched the Furnace I wanted and Pat suggested the AC unit that complements it. After the installation, the workers picked up the big pieces for the cleanup but left all nails and debris that I had to clean up. I had wanted to pay by credit card which I could only do by contacting the office, but they would not respond to my phone calls or emails, and I was forced to send in a check. Unfortunately, I trusted Pat's choice for the AC Unit, but this was heavily damaged by hail 4 months later. On researching, I found the condensor unit was a basic starter unit, which had I known earlier, I would not have permitted. The company refuses to do anything about the damage. They do not take phone calls or respond to emails. I asked for a copy of my warranties for their labor and from the manufacturer, but after innumerable tries, I have given up. I called the manufacturer and they have sent me the warranty.

Technician came and diagnosed a problem for the furnace. Said he would have to order a part and was not sure of the price. I said go ahead and order it, but let me know what it is going to be. He came back next day with the part and when I asked what the cost was he did not know. "Well send you a bill" It was 800 dollars, work was good but make sure you get a firm price before any repair.
