At my final under-warranty maintenance visit, the service advisor stated that it was imperative to get my car aligned and to do so every year. I took the car to another shop and was told that there was only the slightest adjustment needed and that given my driving habits, I only needed to do so every 3 years. Typical of dealer service facilities.

While fixing one problem, they broke something else. Time to complete repairs excessive - more than 3 weeks, waiting for a part - at a dealer!!!
