Went there to see what a chiropractor really does. Never went to one before. Never in accident and not in bad health. Just a few sore muscles and trigger finger. After evaluation and a treatment for $200, his office wanted me to sign up for a plan for $4,730 and then get reevaluated. When i said I had a high deductible and would have to pay out of pocket, the price dropped to $995 plus $250 for a "wobble chair" and pillows. Good thing I didn't have any real problems!!! The office evaluation and treatment which they stretch over 2 days, cost $200. It all could have been done the same day. He did make one shoulder feel better. But I think I can get that done for less than I paid by someone else. Everything else was no change and I was not going to pay $1000. His argument would be that I needed to be treated more than once. That may be, but not at those prices. Did not give me a good view of the chiropractic profession. I never went to a doctors office before where the staff seemed like cheerleaders. Seemed like everyone was in sales. Very big on supplements, though I didn't get that pitch.
