It was not easy in the Chicago north suburbs to locate a contractor who would take the time to listen to my interest in but many concerns about replacing a/c and furnace with a modern (modulating) furnace and cold weather heat pump. Keith Miller of Roberts was willing to put in the time explaining to me what to expect. He was forthright and uncompromising. The system Roberts designed seems up to the task as I write after the first summer and into the first heating season. The office staff helped me apply for rebates. The installation team did a quality job. I have to say that my experience with Roberts' maintenance techs (in contrast to those who do the installation), has been less impressive. One exception was Mike, an experienced tech willing to listen and to explain. The 3 other maintenance techs from Roberts have been mediocre. I definitely recommend them for installing a new system.

Always timely and helpful. They followed another company we previously used with which we were dissatisfied. They are reasonably priced for their services and clean and tidy.
