Roberts is the 3rd HVAC maintenance company I've used since 2019. The maintenance techs have been adequate. I wanted to replace my furnace and a/c with heat pump and new furnace for more even heating, cooling, and humidity control in the summer. Keith Miller of Roberts took the time to explain options to me, and to answer my numerous questions about heat pumps in the Chicago climate. Removing my old equipment and installing the new heat pump and furnace took a total of 3 days, fortunately during good weather. It seems to be a well-designed system that has worked well this summer. Roberts has been good about answering my questions and responding to my concerns. The installer's did high quality, careful work, from what I could tell. I recommend Roberts for this kind of challenging job. I can't comment on how good their pricing was, but fell I got my money's worth
