Recommended
I was surprised how expensive this program is. However they supply you with 5 meals and several snacks and deserts each day. You only shop for fresh salad makings and fruit. Until Covid appeared you had in person counseling and weekly weight checks. Now up pick up your food curbside and have telephone counseling. Not the same ....
