After first visit, Tony refused to acknowledge knowing anything about a hammock that was broken while he and his crew were here. Subsequently he billed me much more than he quoted, but told me to pay based on the quote not the bill. Then he continued to show the difference as a balance due despite my written explanations. He is impossible to reach by phone, and very difficult to communicate with. Avoid him!
