This is the work done in my home attic: mold was scraped off wood, wood was sanitized by brushing on an E.P.A.-approved fungicide, wood was coated with a mold-inhibitor paint. (From the beginning, the attic was sealed with plastic sheeting to prevent mold from floating into my home's living space.) The employees were professional, punctual, and patiently answered all my questions. They did an excellent job. The cost was $1,984.
