We purchased a gas insert from this store. They were helpful and not stuck up. We were doing some of the work our selves and they were open to that and did not hold that against us or hide information from us. Note that the local fire place store sell hard to find bricks at $20+ a sq ft under generic names. We eventually would the source of their suppliers and were able to purchase the same bricks for half the cost. Most stores would not answer brick questions if we told them that we already had a brick supplier. This store answered all of our questions around fireplace bricks and related stone finishing.
