I paid this company to do a camera inspection of the insides of my furnace and chimney flues and the outside of my chimney. They had limited space on their camera but said that I can receive all 3 videos. No videos were sent, until I complained a dozen times, and then, finally, the furnace flue video was sent, a week after their visit. They sent around 10 photos--none labelled as to what they are. The chimney drone video was not sent, and they said the chimney flue video was not able to be sent because it is corrupted. They found a series of blockages from extra mortar inside my furnace flue but did not disclose this (I saw the guys fighting to get the camera by them and they showed them to me on the video while they were here). They quoted me a price for a furnace liner without disclosing the blockages. I hired a different company to insert the furnace liner, and it took them 5 hours to chip out the brick wall and then all the blockages and re-brick and re-mortar the chimney in the basement in order to fully drop the liner. They did not discuss how to connect the hot water heater to the furnace once it was lined. They did not inspect the fire or carbon monoxide detectors. I found them of no value. I already knew the furnace flue likely needed lining (1977 home, never lined). I wanted the video of the flues to be able to see how the lining would go, and to verify the condition of the chimney and furnace flue. They are very inept and way too high priced for service received.
