Positives: Mike is meticulous about his work. He takes pride in a "job well done". He cleans up well when the day is complete.
Negatives: Like many in the trades, his scheduling can be a bit fluid (can't tell exactly what one will find when opening into a wall cavity). But he's been good with updating us about a scheduling shift.
We'd gladly hire him again.
And as an aside, he often works on projects with STA Enterprises of Big Rock, IL.
