(1) Replacement of shower valve needed to be done in two stages, as old valve needed first to be cut out from behind the tiled shower wall. Albert expertly and efficiently re-configured water lines and installed the new valve. I especially appreciate that he answered all my many questions and at my request educated me about the job and about a maintenance item I wanted to do by myself--all while quietly working on the shower valve. (2) In answering more of my questions, he educated me accurately about the tankless water heater recirculation system and demonstrated how it was incorrectly installed. He was able to give me a quote to correct it and then to do that on the spot. Out of four plumbers and two inspectors, Albert was the only one knowledgeable enough and articulate enough to ensure that that system is correctly installed--and to be able to explain it to me in a way I could understand. (3) In customer service, Diane kept me posted promptly about arrival times and also knowledgeably, patiently answered all my questions about the project, timelines and costs. Service options and costs needed to be discussed as the job progressed (as we found out what was behind the shower wall). I'm very pleased with this, my first experience with Ravinia Plumbing, and I highly recommend them.
