I see massage therapists on a regular basis for therapeutic massage. I need deep tissue sports massage, and had seen 4 or 5 of their therapists with varying degrees of satisfaction while I worked my way toward selecting a new regular therapist. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the scheduler and when I showed up my usual 15 minutes early, I was told that I was 15 minutes late and that my therapist had gone home. I take pride in never being late for appts with providers, and still think the error was theirs, but whoever made the mistake, I was treated disrespectfully, so I opted not to return. They do have some great people working there, and I eventually would have settled on one as a regular, permanent therapist, but I just couldn't get past that incident.
