Trading my car with them was not a good experience-- low price offer, said my car was a base model and implied it hadn't been taken good care of. Then they advertised it as "a very well and cared for peach of a luxury vehicle." They treneged on the offer of a second key for the vehicle I purchased from them and only agreed to give it to me when I insisted I would cancel the deal if they didn't (the key costs $400 and the salesman promised me they would give it to me as I was making the deal). Their service department was deceptive as well, saying they changed the oil on the vehicle I purchased when they didn't- the oil on the dipstick was as black as coal and was definitely NOT fresh oil. They finally took it back in and changed the oil as promised, still insisting it had been changed.
