I hired them for assistance with my elderly Mom after she had a stroke and then a fall. The reps they sent were nice enough, but two were very old themselves, and had difficulty assisting my Mom with her exercises. They also were very inflexible with their appointment times, requiring afternoon appointments because of the distance from the nearest PT person. I was mostly satisfied with their service, but I think there are better options available.
