Not Recommended
Concrete started spalling within months. Cracks appeared in steps within a few months. Owner polite until contract was signed and work started. Than became rude, bigoted, and foul mouthed. I was surprised that an older contractor could do such a poor job. Would not hire him to take out the trash.
