We asked Feze for an estimate after noting their very positive ratings on Consumers' Checkbook. Working with Feze proved to be easy and stress-free. Rich showed up for the initial assessment right on schedule. He thoroughly inspected the entire roof then gave a clear explanation of our options. Feze’s estimated cost was lower than 3 other contractors. A few weeks later on the agreed-upon date, Jack and his crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning. The crew completed the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof in one day. Jack climbed up on the roof for a final inspection. The crew did a thorough job cleaning up. There was no damage to our gutters and shrubs. The final cost matched the initial estimate--there were no surprises. Most important, our new roof looks beautiful! Everyone at Feze has been great to work with. A special shout out to Rich, Jack, the Crew, and to Kristin in the office. We highly recommend Feze.

They even came out to fix a leak before they even started the needed, repair work rather than let the leak ruin other home components. they were not obligated to do the added task.

Brian was responsive to the call, set up time to come out, confirmed appointment. Reviewed our concerns, provided recommendation/quote, etc. Their team came out and did the work as scheduled. I would recommend and return to them for future work.
