Al and his installers saved our son's birthday party. They replaced our failed 2.5 ton Freon unit with a new SEER-13 Puron unit. Their team of two was done in about three hours. Al, as well as the installers, answered all my questions in detail.

For my small house they recommended Goodman over the more expensive Carrier, etc. They clearly delineated that they would have recommended higher-end brands for furnaces and more complex AC units.

Since my house needed a only single small single-stage AC, Goodman made sense. Other companies I asked over the last few years fell into two camps about Goodman. One camp claimed that Goodman is the worst brand. The other camp claimed that Goodman is as good as any brand.

Al explained the brand trade-offs clearly. Appreciate good communication and quality of work.
