my one-person accountant retired and "merged" with this firm. Beanlab was a triple whammy - they didn't READ anything I sent them and wasted many phone calls and emails asking questions they could have answered themselves, they didn't COMMUNICATE in a timely manner, and they didn't CARE that my needs were not met. Their price was reasonable, their online VAULT to exchange information was a little daunting but I mastered it - I can't believe that any client in their 70s or older would be able to navigate the VAULT.
