The owner lies about how experienced his employees are and that they have been with him for 25 years yet when they came to insulate, the three boys were all under 25 years old. The boys didn't understand how to insulate behind cabinets, wanted to fill the sofits in the kitchen, can you believe that. I personally know of a person who also said that the promises made by Illinois Insulation were lies. The contract I had was with a contractor so I didn't have anything written about how insulation would be applied. They were sloppy
